am still busy with sch FYP.

still have to help them out.
hopefully no more repetition like last few yrs.

I JUST FINISHED REGISTERING NS.
its bloody troublesome.

my whole body ache.
gym nv recover well.
tday went to run again.

i totally sux at long distance.
need to train up before the NB real run.
